MyFuelStation: run the whole station from one screen.

A device on the nozzle sends every litre pumped straight into an online system — and that system is a full ERP. Billing, daily accounts, stock, staff wages and credit customers, all from the same live data. Onboarded at 12 filling stations.

Why it exists

Most of a station's paperwork is re-typing what the pump already knew.

The dispenser measures every sale precisely. Then the day's figures get rebuilt by hand — sales, shift balances, wages, credit accounts, stock dips — each one a second chance to make a mistake. MyFuelStation takes the pump's own data and does the rest of the work from it.

Nothing re-entered

Every transaction arrives from the nozzle in real time. Reports and accounts are built from it, not typed into it.

Visible from anywhere

Today's sales, revenue and tax, or any date range, from wherever you are — not only from the office at the station.

Evidence, not argument

When a customer disputes a fill or a shift doesn't balance, the record of what was actually pumped is already there.

What you get

One system, the station's whole operation.

Available in tiers, so a station can start with billing and reporting and add the rest as it needs them.

Central billing

One printer serves every nozzle — the attendant presses the button on the nozzle and the bill for that fill prints. Dot-matrix printing, so the receipt doesn't fade like thermal paper. Originals and copies, and bills for earlier transactions whenever a customer comes back for one.

Tax invoices

A tax invoice for any fill, issued on the spot. For a credit account, several fills can be combined onto a single invoice. Tax numbers and invoice details are maintained in the ERP, so they stay right without reprinting stationery.

Live final accounts

Profit and loss and cash flow update automatically every day, so the accounts are there whenever they're wanted — last month, or any period you choose — instead of being assembled after the fact.

Pumper balancing

A nozzle is handed to an attendant through the mobile app, which records the totaliser reading. The system then knows exactly how much fuel went through on that shift and how much cash and credit slips should come back at the end of it.

HR and wages

Staff mark their own attendance and request leave for approval. Daily wages calculate automatically — and if a shift comes up short or over at the end-of-day balance, the difference can be carried into that day's pay.

Credit organisations

For companies that keep a deposit so their staff can fuel on account: registration, deposits, automatic deduction as fuel is drawn, a text message to the account holder on each fill, and statements — handled end to end.

Stock management

Ordering, payments and the paperwork around them live in the ERP. When a tanker arrives, the mobile app takes the dip before and after unloading and confirms the volume actually received — any shortfall is recorded rather than argued about later.

Demand prediction

Forecasts the next seven days of demand from your own sales history, plotted against the last seven days of actual sales. Pick a fuel grade and a number of days' cover, and it tells you what to order today.

For your customers

Listed on FindR, where drivers look first.

Stations on MyFuelStation are listed on findr.lk, which drivers use from a phone or computer — and can install as an app — to find a station that has the grade they need, in stock, open now, taking the payment method they want.

They can see whether there's a queue before they set off, and get directions straight to the forecourt. For a station, it turns stock and opening hours into a reason to be chosen over the next one down the road.

  • Searchable by fuel grade actually in stock
  • Payment methods shown: cash, card, touch
  • Open-now status and current queue
  • Google directions to the station
  • Works in a browser or installed as an app
Underneath

Built on our own FERP hardware.

MyFuelStation isn't software bolted onto someone else's black box. The boards that read the dispensers are FERP — designed, built, flashed and supported by us. That is why a fix reaches the whole fleet over the air, and why a fault at a station can usually be diagnosed before anyone drives out to it.

The same 12 filling stations run both: FERP in the dispenser bay, MyFuelStation on the manager's screen.

  • Reads the dispenser's own display line — no change to metering
  • Sanki, Censtar and Wayne display protocols
  • HTTPS to the cloud, MQTT for commands and config
  • SD-card logging on site, so a dropped link loses nothing
  • Over-the-air firmware updates across the fleet
Getting started

From first call to a smart station.

Tell us about the station

Dispenser makes, how many nozzles, and which parts of the operation you most want under control first.

Fit the hardware

A board per dispenser and the central billing printer, installed on site and tested against live fills.

Set up your station in the ERP

Fuel grades, tax details, staff, credit organisations and opening stock — configured with you, not handed over as a blank system.

Run it, with support behind you

Hardware and software maintenance with 24/7 support. Most problems are diagnosed and fixed remotely.

MyFuelStation is offered in packages, from core billing and reporting up to full accounts, credit organisations, demand prediction and FindR listing. Current packages and pricing are on myfuelstation.net, or ask us for a quotation for your station.
